Name by vibration: A sound-first icebreaker for new teams
Break the ice in a way your team won’t forget. Participants learn each other’s names using rhythm, melody, and playful vocal expression—instantly creating laughter, connection, and memorable group bonding. Ideal for newly formed or cross-functional teams.
Chakra toning: Intentional sound for the body
Explore how vowel sounds balance and resonate with the different energy centers of the body. Participants learn how to use their own voices to create balance, focus, and calm. This is a hands-on, voice-on experience rooted in intention, physiology, and subtle group synergy.
Write your team song
Collaborate to create a custom team anthem! Using a familiar melody, your group will collaborate to write and sing original lyrics that reflect your shared values, humor, or purpose. It’s a fun and creative way to build even more team cohesion—and maybe walk away with your next favorite meeting opener!
Circle of support
This heartfelt activity invites one participant at a time to sit in the center of the group—either silently or with an intention—and receive resonant sound support from the rest of the toning circle. Each person is witnessed, supported, and celebrated in a wave of community sound. A beautiful way to process deep emotions or mindfully open or close a retreat, training, or leadership circle.

What to expect
This isn’t a lecture or a performance. It’s an immersive sound experience rooted in mindfulness, body awareness, and shared presence.
Sample program (90-120 min):
Welcome + Introduction (10-15 min)
A brief overview of how breathwork, movement, and vocal toning support emotional wellbeing, presence, and interpersonal connection.
Somatic Warm-Up (10-20 min)
Gentle movement and breath to help participants ground, release tension, and prepare for vocal exploration. We'll explore several simple vocal techniques
Improvised Vocal Toning (50-60 min)
The heart of the session: a free-form group vocal meditation using humming and toning on open vowels. No singing experience needed. Participants are guided to explore their voices in a nonjudgmental, playful space that encourages self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and spontaneous group harmony.
Team Reflection + Closing (15-25 min)
A facilitated space for optional sharing, questions, and integration—plus take-home tools your team can continue using long after the session ends.

Founder / Facilitator
Briana Blythe is a trained sound practitioner, seasoned corporate marketing professional, and former opera singer with a deep commitment to meditation. She has freed her voice from perfectionism and performance, reclaiming it as an everyday tool for balance, focus, and connection. Briana works with the power of human sound to ease stress and guide groups back into the present moment, with the firm belief that every voice has unique value.
