Lead the harmony you want to feel in the world →
Meet the most powerful tool for calm you've never been taught to use.
No music experience required—just show up and sing.
"Three minutes to get regulated. Five to flow state. Ten to drop into the kind of deep rest your body has been starving for—the kind where you lose all sense of time and space and that actually restores you from the inside out. All this plus the feel-good chemicals we get from singing? Now you know why I had to do something I had to answer the question on everyone's minds: why the heck aren't we doing this?"
Briana Bythe, Founder of Tone Circle
Fast. Portable. Free. And it never lets you down.
The pressure isn't letting up. You're running on empty and you know it. Something has to change—but it has to be fast, easy, and fit inside the life you actually have.

Simpler than you think, Deeper than you'd expect.
Vocal toning is the free-form practice of sustaining sound on a hum or open vowel. No lyrics. No music to learn. Nothing to perform.
Sustained sound has breathwork built in. As your exhale lengthens, it activates the vagus nerve—the body's own pathway from stress into stillness. As the vibration slows your brainwaves, meditation isn't something you have to do. It just happens.
I'd heard great things Tone Circle, but as someone not comfortable singing in public, I'd been hesitant to attend. I finally got up the courage—and I'm so glad I did. It's a genuinely welcoming space, even for those of us uneasy about our singing voices. It felt deeper than a typical sound bath; the active participation of toning made the experience more embodied. I'll be back for sure.

Fully welcoming, inclusive, no-judgement environment
Time to ask questions, share your experiences, and connect with others
A moment of mindful silence
Freeform group humming, toning, and harmonizing (if you wish) with sound healing instrumentation

What should I bring?
We often sit on the floor for most of the practice, so we encourage you to bring your favorite cushion, zafu, or anything else that helps you sit comfortably.
If you're not comfortable sitting on the floor, we got you, chairs are usually available in most venues.
Sound moves through water at a higher rate, so bringing a water bottle is a great idea, too—your body and vocal cords will thank you for the boost!
Melt stress and anxiety, strengthen confidence in authentic communication, boost creativity, and build cohesion—no slide decks required. Together in this transformative experience, groups get to slow down, reconnect, have fun, and settle into deep calm using only the power of their unique voices.

Meet the Founder
After burnout and personal loss took her voice away, it was vocal toning that brought it back.
Briana Blythe built Tone Circle™ on a simple truth: your voice, free from fear, is the most potent energy tool you carry everywhere. Her mission is reconnecting human voices with human hearts—one transformative community experience at a time.
“I’ve never been a singer, and in fact have been super uncomfortable singing in front of others. I previously was experiencing some emotional blocks using my voice when I came across Tone Circle. I timidly joined in on an in person session and immediately felt at ease! It provided a powerful opening to my throat chakra. I left feeling empowered to make changes and speak my voice. I highly recommend.”

Crystal support for your voice
Everything is vibration. So we charge small crystals with our voices during each vocal toning session, infusing them with our hearts' intentions and the harmonies we share. At the end of each meditation, participants are invited to take a charged crystal as a token of their practice.
