Body Speak is a somatic sensory workshop blending gentle yoga, breathwork, sound bath, and vocal toning to help teams reduce stress, spark creativity, and build authentic connection. Ideal for retreats, offsites, or wellness days, this interactive experience leaves teams feeling grounded, energized, and more in tune—individually and together.

The session also includes an extended savasana sound journey with Tone Circle Seattle facilitator Briana Blythe, who welcomes listeners into a deeply soothing soundscape of crystal alchemy singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and warm vocal tones for a luxurious moment mindful rest.
