Tone Circle Seattle and Prana Path Yoga lead Body Speak, the ultimate in gentle somatic sensory experiences, designed to promote stress-relief, confidence-building, creative inspiration, team cohesion, and enhanced communication. The session also includes an extended savasana sound journey with Tone Circle Seattle facilitator Briana Blythe, who welcomes listeners into a deeply soothing soundscape of crystal alchemy singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and warm vocal tones for a luxurious moment mindful rest.
