Roger Connelly

Roger's introduction to the world of sound began at the Seattle Sound Temple, where what started as a simple search for a birthday gift — a crystal singing bowl for his wife — became a life-changing encounter. That discovery led him and his wife to join a spiritual group journey to Peru, where he was first exposed to vocal toning as a healing modality. His personal sound journey continued from there to Egypt, where he toned with yet another spiritual group.

Back home in the Pacific Northwest, Roger found himself seeking more opportunities to tone with others. He joined Briana's first Tone Circle and went on to complete a Sound Healing Level 1 course, with Level 2 already underway.

Recently retired from a 25-year corporate career — a chapter he warmly describes as ending with a decade-long "spiritual sleeper agent" era — Roger recognized in Tone Circle facilitator training the beginning of his life's next chapter.

For Roger, vocal toning in community is both meditative and deeply healing. There is something remarkable that happens when a group of people share their voices and vibrations together in this way. His breathing naturally slows and stretches out. His spirit resonates at a higher frequency.

Inspired by the intention to "be the change he wants to see," Roger is proud to be the first Tone Circle facilitator bringing this practice to the Kitsap Peninsula.
