Certified Tone Circle™ facilitator and sound healing practitioner Lara Dunning understands how exhausting it can be to navigate through anxiety, stress, and overdoing. For years, she thought she was dealing with stress well, until it started to compound, giving her other health issues that required medications. She felt stuck—physically, mentally, and emotionally—unsure of how to give herself the grace to heal.
Looking for more natural solutions to healing, Lara started with simple breathwork practices, which she still does daily. While this helped immensely, she could tell her body was still holding on to emotions and negative energy that were not serving her emotionally or physically. That is when she discovered solfeggio frequencies. These frequencies range from 174 Hz to 963 Hz, and studies have shown they impact the human body and emotional state.
One night, she listened to the 174 Hz frequency all night. The next morning, she experienced a huge shift and emotional release. Amazed, Lara dove into learning more about sound healing and how our bodies can resonate, realign, and heal through certain frequencies. The more she exposed herself to frequency, whether through a sound bath, healing Tibetan singing bowls, or solfeggio tones, the lighter, more centered, and better she felt.
This led her to Tibetan singing bowls, which have a frequency range between 110 Hz and 990 Hz, similar to solfeggio frequencies, and offer many healing benefits. The more sound healing worked on her, the more she realized she wanted to share this powerful tool with others. Lara is a certified crystal healing practitioner (level 1) and has completed 1, 2, 3 bowl sound therapy training.
Lara approaches her sound healing sessions holistically. After each session, she shares what the bowls revealed. This may include where they encountered energetic blockages, chakra misalignments, or resonance.
